Refund policy

All pre-sale pins are made to order and produced specifically for customers who place an order during the pre-sale window. Because of this, pre-sale orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once placed.

Production typically takes approximately 40-50 days from the close of the pre-sale, though timelines may vary due to manufacturing. We will keep you updated on production progress and notify you once your order has shipped.

If your pin arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
